Return & Refund Policy for XR LOUD:

At XR LOUD, we are committed to providing high-quality products that enhance your audio experience. To ensure your satisfaction, we have outlined our Return & Refund Policy below:

1. Warranty Period:

All XR LOUD products are covered by a warranty period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty is applicable for manufacturing defects only.

2. Return Process for Manufacturing Defects:

  • If you believe your XR LOUD product has a manufacturing defect, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate the return process and receive the appropriate shipping address.
  • The buyer is responsible for covering the shipping fees for returning the item.
  • Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it for manufacturing defects. If confirmed, you will have the option to choose between a replacement or a refund.

3. Post-30 Days Warranty Claims:

  • If your XR LOUD product stops working after the initial 30 days, you may still claim a replacement within the 6-month warranty period.
  • The buyer is responsible for covering the shipping fees for returning the item.

4. Restocking Fee (for Buyer’s remorse, yet unopened item)

  • We charge 20% of the product price as a ‘Restocking Fee’ when an item is being returned due to buyer’s remorse, yet the package should be Unopened. The product package should be in its original state (sealed), clean, and unwrinkled when returning.
  • Plus buyer has to pay for return shipping.

5. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

  • The warranty does not cover products damaged due to clumsiness, unintentional dropping, or any other user-related incidents.
  • Some of our products are semi-water resistant. It is advised to check the IPX of the product if it can be fully used in the water. Any product over IPX7 and IPX8 is water-resistant and can be used underwater. As for non and semi-water-resistant products, if used underwater, the warranty cannot be claimed. And no replacement or refund will be made.

6. Inspection and Replacement Process:

  • Our team will closely inspect the returned product for both internal and external damage.
  • We do not replace products unless the defective one is received in appropriate condition.
  • The condition of the returned product is crucial in determining whether it can be replaced.

7. Condition of the Product:

  • The condition of the product, both internally and externally, will be thoroughly assessed to make an informed decision regarding replacement eligibility.
